Das ist ja das traurige als Freeware würde ich ja nichts sagen, aber ich bezahle für einen Service, der immer schlechter wird, Antworten von Kasimir gibt es nicht mehr und neue Geräte werden eh nicht mehr unterstützt.
Da wird man ja zum Mitbewerber gejagt. Im Winter kaufe ich mir einen raspi mit io Broker, ist zwar komplizierter aber dafür funktioniert es.

Okay.. Funzt wieder ...
Beim einloggen ist mir aufgefallen das kurz erwähnt wurde das meine VPN version zu alt wäre (v.2.10) und das ich eine andere (neuere) runterladen sollte ..
Das habe ich getan... Die Datei war gleich in Bytes und versions Nummer... habe es aber trotzdem gemacht... 'Alte' VPN 2.10 runter neue VPN 2.10 rauf.. Und sehe da... Meine VPN version ist auf einmal 3.0
Alles funzt wieder...

das kann eigentlich nur Zufall sein das es jetzt funktioniert
Wenn man nur VPN zu seiner Homematic hat und kein eigenes Gateway wird das Gateway aus der Cloud erbracht und es wird nur die kommunikation
zur Homematic via VPN aufgebaut. Es Stand vorher schon das neue Gateway dort. Ich habe das ganze jetzt mal etwas analysiert wobei ich nicht weiß welche kommunikation wirklich ablaufen muss.
Ich kann zumindest soviel sagen:

Der VPN Tunnel ist aufgebaut und es kommen alle paar minuten anfragen an die Homematic via tunnel.
openvpn aufbau:
anschliesend vorhandene route
Ping auf das gateway im tunnel funktioniert mit kontrolle ob es wirklich durch den tunel geht
tcpdump auf anfragen von extern via tunnel
abschliesend noch ein MD5 hash vom ursprünglichen vpn addon file und von dem was man im moment laden kann
diese sind absolut identisch
Ich gehe mal davon aus daß das Gateway in der Cloud momentan ein Problem hat.
Das ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache das es schei..e ist das es keinerlei Informationen vom Betreiber gibt
sondern immer noch groß angekündigt wird daß das Problem im März behoben ist. Ich glaube der Betreiber hat noch nicht
verstanden das er jetzt ein Dienstleister mit bezahlter Dienstleistung ist.
Das ganze errinnert mich ein bisschen an die "Deutsch Bahn sie kommt oder auch nicht" da gibts ja auch keine infos.

Das ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache das es schei..e ist das es keinerlei Informationen vom Betreiber gibt
sondern immer noch groß angekündigt wird daß das Problem im März behoben ist. Ich glaube der Betreiber hat noch nicht
verstanden das er jetzt ein Dienstleister mit bezahlter Dienstleistung ist.
Das ganze errinnert mich ein bisschen an die "Deutsch Bahn sie kommt oder auch nicht" da gibts ja auch keine infos.

Ich muss zugeben das ich indertat (jetzt im nachhinein) nicht mehr 100% sicher bin ob bei mir jetzt Gateway Version 2.10 oder 3.0 angezeigt wurde bis Gestern .. Sicher ist das bei mit indertat der Tunnel auch aufgebaut war aber Alexa ihre Dienste verweigerte..
Nach ein neustart war der VPN auch da.. Troztdem... Nix ging..
Mein Sohn betreibt die gleiche HW (CCU2) und da habe ich diese 'vorige' Version vor ein paar Wochen aufgespielt.. Ich werde das dieses Wochenende checken... Im moment ist sein Gateway und alles andere auch nicht erreichbar.. (uh remote Zugriff auf die CCU ?? das funzt dann also auch nicht mehr )
Muss sagen wenn du Checksumtests (MD5) gemacht hast über beide Dateien und die sind identisch müssten sie auf gleich sein...
Fakt ist dass seit ich die VPN Software gelöscht und wieder neu aufgespielt habe, habe ich (so weit ich weiss) keine Unterbrechungen mehr gehabt..

Ich muss zugeben das ich indertat (jetzt im nachhinein) nicht mehr 100% sicher bin ob bei mir jetzt Gateway Version 2.10 oder 3.0 angezeigt wurde bis Gestern .. Sicher ist das bei mit indertat der Tunnel auch aufgebaut war aber Alexa ihre Dienste verweigerte..
Nach ein neustart war der VPN auch da.. Troztdem... Nix ging..

Ich glaube ich habe jetzt eine Lösung
Ein neustarten der VPN Verbindung hat nicht geholfen.
hierbei wird die Verbindung kurz gekillt und sofort wieder gestartet
Da ich mir nicht erklären konnte daß das neu installieren eines identischen files helfen sollte
könntes es noch ein Zeitproblem sein.
Beim Neustarten der CCU ist die VPN Verbindung auch nur knapp 5 min down
also habe ich unmittelbar nach dem alle 10 min statt findenden (steht in der crontab)
die VPN verbindung gekillt
hiernach dauert es dann ungefähr 10 min. bis die Verbindung dann wieder gestartet wird (nur wenn die crontab wieder richtig ist)
danach wurden auf der hconnect Seite wieder alle stati grün angezeigt
Es scheint also so zu sein daß das Cloud-Gateway erst definitiv erkennen muss das die Verbindung weg ist.
Ich hoffe es hilft dem ein oder anderem man spart sich dadurch das deinstallieren/installieren und dadurch das mehrmalige neustarten der CCU.
Ich habe das ganze ohne CCU Neustart durchgeführt.
Noch schöner wäre wenn das mal jemand verifizieren und ggf. bestätigen könnte.

/bin/sh -c /bin/sh /usr/local/addons/hconnectvpn/checkaccount.sh >> /dev/null
ggf. die Zeile in der crontab auskommentieren dann hat man etwas mehr Zeit und muss nicht so hektisch arbeiten
nicht Vergessen die Zeile in der crontab nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder zu aktivieren sonst wird die VPN Verbindung nicht wieder gestartet

kill -9 1701
danach wurden auf der hconnect Seite wieder alle stati grün angezeigt
